Weather Event - Information for Bric Tenants
We know many of you have been impacted by the flooding and we are here to help.
Please stay safe by following Queensland Fire and Emergency Services alerts and advice.
If you are in a life -threatening situation, call 000. If you need SES assistance call 132 500.
Our office is still delivering housing services during this time. Tenants are encouraged to contact us via phone or online.
If you have logged a maintenance call - please be assured that we are working to resolve your issue. Requests will be prioritsied according to urgency - as such - there may be some delays to service requests. Please do not call the office to follow-up - we will respond as soon as possible.
Personal hardship grants are now available for eligible affected residents in Moreton Bay.
These grants will provide up to a maximum of $900 for a family of five or more or $180 per person to cover essential items such as food and clothing, in addition to the reconnection of essential services once it's safe to return home.
