Requests will be prioritsied according to urgency - as such - there may be some delays to service requests. Please do not call the office to follow-up - we will respond as soon as possible. Personal hardship grants are now available for eligible affected residents in Moreton Bay. These grants will provide up to a maximum of $900 for a family of five or more or $180 per person to cover essential items such as food and clothing, in addition to the reconnection of essential services once it's safe to return home.
